How to import CSV file from Jotform to SPSS

How can I use variables instead of coloum headings? I need to export out a csv file with variables and not the question or answer itself?

To my understanding, you need to replace the Column headers of the CSV file so it will match the import to SPSS process that you are planning to do, is that correct? 

I have found a step by step process on how to import CSV files to SPSS: Importing CSV To SPSS

And on that guide, there is a step wherein you are the one who's going to declare the variable names, Please see Step No. 5.

Meaning, you can use the initial Column Headers of the CSV file that you will be downloading via the Submissions page and you need not to change it into different variables.
