HTML Text box: Ordered list formatting disappears when you press [Complete]

    Edit HTML text box. While in edit; the Formatting is displayed correctly. When you leave edit by pressing the [Complete] button, all the formatting disappears,

    Found the answer - Shows up in form preview just not in the normal form display view.
