Automated processing of email replies

    I have a showing feedback system set up which "manually automates" the showing request and feedback process.  I say manually automates because I have to assist the process several times.  I would like to add a bit more automation to the process.  

    I would like to be able to send an email out to a home seller that allows them to respond to the request and say "yes" or "not possible because" when we send them a request for showing.   When a "yes" response is sent back, then I would like a confirmation email to be sent out to the agent requesting the showing.  

    In addition,  I would like to be able to add a date and time field that would send an email AFTER the time has passed.    

    I would also be able to send recurring emails 

  is the process I envision.  (THe parts in yellow are parts I don't know how to do in jotform.  Does this functionality currently exist??)  

    A REALTOR completes a form requesting a home showing.  

    An automated email goes to the seller and they toggle a yes or no response which is returned to jotform.  When that response is received by jotform, a confirmation email is auto sent to the agent requesting a showing if the seller responded with yes.  If the response is no then an email is sent to the listing REALTOR saying "talk to seller".  

    If the showing is confirmed, then a "please provide feedback" email is automatically sent to the REALTOR requesting the showing as soon as the date and time of the showing is passed.  

    If feedback is received on the form, the system stops sending emails requesting feedback. 

    If the  feedback is not received, the systems sends another reminder every 24 hours until we get feedback or until a prescribed amount of time.

    If I understand your question correctly, when your form is submitted, you want to send an email automatically to your clients and when then the client replies to the email we will need to process the response based on the logic you have given. We do have automatic email response when a form is submitted. This are Notifier email and Autoresponder email. You can check this article to know how to setup Notifier and Autoresponder email. But unfortunately, we cannot handle or process replies of your clients to the email. This will need a complex and custom programming to achieve.


    As a workaround, you can setup the Reply To settings of the Notifier email and Autoresponder email to your email address, so that when the clients click reply button the reply will be sent to you and you can now process those replies on your end.
