Thank You Page: Custom URL not working

    Another problem is that the form does not redirect to a custom URL.

    Thanks for contacting us.

     

    I checked your form and found out that there are conditions that overwrites the Thank You page setup in your form. That is the reason why the Thank You page Custom URL setup is not working. See screenshot below.

    You can delete or disable these conditions for the Thank You page Custom URL setup to be implemented. To delete or disable the conditions, just follow the instructions below.
