Error: Form ID did not match - Unable to submit the form

    We are getting a lot of complaints from people filling out the application and it not submitting. This morning a man tried to send in an application five times and he kept getting

     

    ERROR

    Form ID did not match. Form Name: 43127485974162

     

    This is really getting annoying and people will go elsewhere to adopt a pet if they can't fill out an online application.

     

    Please advise

    I was able to submit the form properly using the direct form, the webpage where the form is embedded and the cloned form. I was able to see the thank you message properly.

    I will clear your form cache so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers. You can also suggest the user to clear his browser's cache. Since you're using Wix, if you will need to embed a form, please follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/70-Adding-a-Form-to-Wix-Site
