Feed back form button not working

    Hello

    I have copied and pasted the HTML code on to my website but when the button is bring clicked the pop up box opens up and is blank? Please help

    The given link is different from the one in your screenshot. This is the link: http://lgn1405095024.site-fusion.co.uk/products/sofas/leather, but I can't seem to find the form button here.

    Anyways, please look closely at the form embed codes. You'll find feedback2.js in the URL. Please change it to just feedback.js. See if that works.

    By the way, changing means to prevent some conflicts in the page which is causing the problem to happen.
