My form is GONE! I'M FREAKING OUT! This is unacceptable considering I'm PAYING for this product. IMMEDIATE assistance is requested. I MUST GET THIS UP AGAIN RIGHT AWAY

ALL THE SUBMISSIONS FOR THIS FORM ARE GONE TOO! SAYS THERE ARE 209 BUT WHEN I LOOK FOR THEM THERE ARE NO FORMS! MAJOR PROBLEM AND MAJOR FREAK OUT. PLEASE HELP FIX THIS.

Thank you ,and please put a RUSH on this ASAP! You have no idea how much this is affecting me, my nerves, my business, my reputation, the inconvenience it's causing my customers and not to mention the potential loss of income. Thank you!

We apologize for the inconvenience that this might have caused you. Upon checking your forms and your submissions. They should be accessible now and the problem shouldn't appear again.

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
We did have some glitch with our form builder which actually caused few forms to appear blank. This issue is already resolved by our back end team. I did check your form and it seems to display all form fields. Your form is now working fine. Please check the screenshot below:
I would suggest you to test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.

I am so relieved to find my submissions and that the form is back up again. Thank you for your prompt responses and quick fix.
HOWEVER, why did this happen? What can we/you do to prevent this from happening again? The problems jotforms has created for me in the past creates bad customer relations for me. This isn't the first problem...I sure hope it's the last. And it appears that the other question I had about this has been deleted by the crew at jot. Perhaps because the subject line was damaging to jot? Didn't want others to see the major problems I am/was having? Not cool to delete my threads...now I can't find the answer/resolution to those problems.
I really hope this never happens again. If it does, does jot offer any form of recompense to appease me for such a serious "glitch"?

As my colleagues already mentioned we have some technical glitch with our form builder which actually caused few forms to appear blank. Problem was temporary and it was fixed very fast. Our developers done everything to fix it as soon as possible.

Considering question about other thread that you are saying it was deleted, I could not find any deleted threads. In case that you can not find resolution/answer for some problem you had please create new thread here on forum and we will be happy to assist.
