I just had a client use my form and it didn't go through. I tried myself as well and my form also didn't go through. If we can figure this out quickly that would be great as my clients use these forms to book with me.

I inspected the email notification and it was missing a sender name:
Maybe this was causing the email provider to block the notification. Have you made any editing to the email notification?
I fixed it and made a test submission. Can you please confirm me if you received it?
