Import forms from Adobe FormsCentral

my coworker is trying to import from adobe and it is giving a windows export box instead of putting forms directly into myforms. 

If you have selected "Forms Only" from the import page, you have to provide the URLs of your Adobe FC forms. Then you have to click the "GO" button and wait for our email confirmation.

Would you mind letting us know if you have any problems using the option? Looks like you have a problem, but I'm not sure which option you choose to import. Please let us know or clarify.
