Just to let you know that I have moved your reply here as a new thread.
Our apologies for the problem. I have now forwarded this thread to our developers, but I would appreciate if you can tell us when did the issue happen to your end. Is it only today, after you made some changes to the form and save it? OR, it's just blank even if no changes are made to it?
Also, what are the affected forms from your account?

Can you please reset completely your browser and re-login? I am able to see your forms on edit mode now
