Why are my submissions gone?

    I went to share my form as a template and my submissions disappeared.

    Fixed now. 

    We have a problem on the form builder. It looks like your form was broken. So, I reverted it back to a working version using Revision History.

    Thank you! I would've never guessed to use that, I will use it in the future!
