Why are cards not being approved?

Were you referring to a Payment Form or to upgrading your subscription?
You can follow this user guide to update/upgrade your subscription account.
If it is an issue on a Payment Form, can you share to us the URL of your payment form that is having the issue? We will be able to check once we know which of your form it is.
Please let us know if issue remains.
