Why my form is blocked?

    Dear Sir/Madam

    I am user of Jotform, and today i created a new form to do a survey between my friends to set our next session for succer playing. but unfortunately my account is suspended.

    would u please help me in this regard.

    Thanks for contacting us.

     

    I checked your account and it seems to be automatically suspended because you have forms that are not in English language. JotForm has a tool called Phishing Detector which allows automatic suspension of forms created for  phishing activities. However, this tool is not updated to scan languages other than English, therefore most of the form that are not in English are automatically suspended.

     

    I have activated your account. However, we recommend that you build your forms in English language and use our Language Translator Tool to set them into languages that you want to avoid being automatically suspended again.
