Form over quota

we received an email saying the form wasn't working we have only seen 10 submission roughly. Def not 100 which we were under assumption is under the free trial. we would like to have more submissions but kit keep saying "form over quota" and we are not over forms. is this date? we need an urgent answer because now its affecting our webpage. 

Based on your account usage, it looks like you have reached your SSL Limit which is 10 only for free accounts. But you have upgraded your account so I think you are all set now.
