Why won't my forms foward to my email?

I have to go into my account to see if I have applications completed.  I would like for the forms to be forwarded over to my email or a notification that I have a form waiting.

Your email is in the bounce list which is why you are not receiving the email notifications.

I removed your email in the bounce lists. You should be able to get notification email now.
