Why won't embed code work for our Google Site?

Asked by Lauren  on June 10, 2015 at 03:27 PM

When we paste the embed code into the "embed your code here" field in Google Sites, the form appears blank on our website.  The frame is there, and it scrolls, but there is no content in the form area...

I can see the empty embedded form on the screenshot you had provided.

But when I checked this on my browser just now, I could not reproduced the same issue.

As you can see on my screenshot, your form http://www.jotform.us/form/51585195456162 is on the website.

It might be a temporary glitch.

BUT I do recommend also re-embedding the form to your Google site using iframe code instead of the default embed code

It is because it could be possible that script conflict is happening due to the script embed code being used. Using the iframe embed code will prevent any script conflict.

Make sure to clear first also any previous script embed code in the website before using the iframe embed.

Please let us know if there are still issue.

    Thanks.
