I created a form under a subuser account that now needs to be moved to Main account so that responses will be received to our paid account..  What is the procedure for this?

UPDATE: Effective October 2018 the Sub-User feature has been discontinued and is no longer available for creating new sub-users. If you had been using this feature previously, you're grandfathered.

If you would like to have additional users added to your account, please check out JotForm Enterprise.

    Hello.

We can move the form for you, but the request to move / transfer a form must be made from the account that owns the form - in your case, from that sub account. The request should be made as clear for us as possible, to avoid confusion and accidental moving of wrong forms. An example of such a request would be:

Please move my form [form ID, or name if that is the only form with that name] from my account [owner account, from which the request is made] to account [account name where you wish to move the form].

One of our active colleagues would then move the forms for you, and inform you on the thread about the status - either form moved successfully, or not moved due to specified reason.

Please note that moving forms will also move all the submissions that have been received through that form. We will await your response on which forms you would like to move. Thank you.
