My survey was radically changed after refreshing the page

I had made a long survey , and had gotten 3 submissions. I hit refresh on my web browser during editing, and all my questions do not exist. The web page still shows that I have three submissions, but when I try to view them it says they no longer exist. Can you help me get my old survey back?
