This only started today its been working fine for months, I tried to make a small change to the form and re set it up but this still doesn't work and the changes aren't there when I preview the form?

Hello.
Perhaps it was just a temporary issue. I'm glad to hear that this issue has been resolved by itself, but please note that the following steps may help if you even encounter a similar issue:
clearing your browser cache, clearing your form cache, logging out and logging back into your JotForm account.
Also, if you ever make a change to your form which was accidental, or you want to revert it for some other reason, I would like to let you know that we have a handy Form Revision History feature, which allows you to restore your form to a previous, known working version.
