Integrations

I'd like to create a dynamic relational database from the jotforms that are submitted.

My concern is that if I go to update a submission once it's in JotForm, that the resubmission will automatically update the field in the integrated database associated with that record.

    Or,

Am I better off integrating with something like Salesforce or InfusionSoft? Will a jotform edit and resubmit automatically update the field in either of those CRMs?

    Or

Am I better off using Boomi or Zapier?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

I believe most of our integrations are only triggered upon first submission.  They are not triggered when editing submissions.  As for the which integration would be best for you, that comes down to personal preference.  I would say to use whichever suits your needs best.  A resubmit should not overwrite your data in any of the integrations.
