We are trying to upload photos to a report after it has been originally submitted but the upload never finishes. It continues to displays Please Wait for a long time. This occurrence is with Studio 620641. The same result happens when trying to upload files post original submission via the edit link in the RBC confirmation email.

I was able to reproduce a form submissions issue which seems to be caused by a blank widget field which is the last field on your form.
Please remove mentioned widget field, and then try to submit/edit the form again.
