I can't get the new Theme Designer to work.

    I have tried several times to change the theme on this form: http://form.jotform.us/form/22354701168147.  I have tried changing the theme to Green Lake. It shows it changed in the Theme Designer but when I save and go back to the form builder, it doesn't change. I have followed everything I can find in the forums. I have emptied the cache in both my browser and the forms under settings in Jot Form. I have went the form preferences and deleted the background and changed the theme to default. What am I doing wrong??

    Hi ssigerfoos,

    I do apologize for the issue that you are experiencing with the theme being applied to your form. I was able to replicate the issue on a cloned version of your form.

    It appears that the issue is specific to that "Green Lake" theme, as I was able to successfully save other themes to the form.



    I have sent a request regarding the theme not being applied, please try to use this version of the theme until the issue has been resolved.
