When I tried to log-in I did not know my password but when I request a new one to be sent, nothing happens, it's like the screen freezes. I clicked repeatedly on the 'send now' button but nothing would happen.
I then tried to setup a new account using another email address: email@example.com and it said I already had an account with that address, and again I could not request a new password reset.
The original address I tried to use was: firstname.lastname@example.org
Could you please let me know what I'm doing wrong?

There is an existing account that uses the email email@example.com
The username is AnnaShultz
To reset the login password, you can use the 'Forgot Password' option link in the login page at https://www.jotform.com/login
The reset instruction will be sent to the mentioned email address.
I already made a reset request on your behalf using the email
Check your email for the message and follow the instruction to reset your account login password.
Let us know if issue still remains.
