How can i insert Facebook's Tracking Pixel into my form?

I have a facebook ad and i'd like to insert the tracking pixel into the form, could you please tell me how i can do this.

I supposed you are already familiar with: https://www.facebook.com/business/a/online-sales/conversion-tracking

You can do this by inserting the code snippet to the Thank you URL page of your form.

After you click Next, 

 Make sure you click Update from the HTML Source Editor window.

You can also do this by putting the tracking code on a web page. You need to make that web page as the custom URL thank you page of your form.
