Hi, good afternoon from Spain. How can I make a personal report of my questionnaire. Depending of what users answer I  let to see in it differents fields and  data base is very large. I would like to design an excel more simple with only the datas I need.

    Hi,

There are a couple of options that you can use to generate or manage your data as a report. Here are the following things that you can use:

Create submission reports as excel, csv or PDF. Here's a guide on how to download them on those file formats: http://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Partially-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF.

Create form reports by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/326-How-To-Create-Form-Reports-in-JotForm. You can create HTML Table Listing report. If you want to create pie charts or graphs, you can create a report using the Visual Report builder

If you are familiar with Google Spreadsheet, you can also integrate your form to it. From there, you can easily create graphs or visual reports based from the integrated spreadsheet.

If you have a Quiz form, and want to easily tally the scores of each of your users, based from if the answer is correct or not, you can use this app: http://apps.jotform.com/app/quiz_form.

I hope that helps. If you need more information on this, please do not hesitate to follow up.

    Thank you.
