I just logged on to our account and I do't see any of my forms. All the data, everything is gone. The form is still up on our website though.

Apologizes for this issue you're having. But upon checking, I have noticed that there is no form created under your account (cperezseda). The Form from above URL you provided was created through this account;

Hi, thanks for your help.
Vdelmonaco is the primary account holder, but there are many forms he had shared with me and even more I had cloned and modified all under the cperezseda account. Where did these go?

I checked the account "Vdelmonaco" and they no longer have you listed as a sub-user. If you would like to have those forms shared once again, you will need to contact them and have them share them with you again. If you had cloned them and modified forms as a sub-user, you may have been creating and cloning them to their account, which is why they no longer show up in yours.
