My form Intensive English Application NEW has problems w/interpreting the logic.

     For example, the first question asks if they are us citizen or permanent resident, the logic asks for address info, but passport ID, I-94, non-immigrant questions appear. The logic for passport ID is "IF Visa Type Is Equal To "New Student: I am outside the US and need to apply for an F-1 Visa" SHOW Passport ID Page. I don't find any relationship between 1st question and Passport ID page, I-94 or other questions that appear.

    I suspect this is a problem throughout the form.

    Again, we need to get this form up by June 22 so quick response would be great.

    I just went through most of the logic questions/answers and still not correct. For example, if US citizen/permanent resident is yes, then the New student F-1 info, Transfer student F-1 info, Other US non-iimmigrant info should not appear. these 3 things also appear at the beginning of the document when no selections have been made, but they shouldn't appear until preceding questions answered in certain way.

    Kindly try to hide/show the fields grouped fields using the multiple option in conditions

    I'm checking the conditions with a cloned copy of your form and will update you once i get it to work as desired.

    Do you mean I need to go back and redo all the conditions and choose "Show multiple" instead of adding conditions. Some of the conditions are already there.

    And when I select "Show multiple", I can't select applicable items from the box that pops up, so how does that work? Do I go through "Add action" for each item.

    Conditions for the first "Show Passport ID page" are there but I did not use the "show multiple" to set them up. Also, when I just looked at the conditions, they were there 3 times. I've noticed this some as I've tried to get this form to work.

    @bettyprall

    Thanks and apologies for getting back to you this late. Apparently, your thread was marked as answered without any reply from us. Anyway, kindly check my cloned form below with modified conditions. Feel free to clone this form if you want http://www.jotform.com/help/27-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form.

    http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51685979397985?

    Honestly, I am having a bit difficulties understanding your condition but I got some clue when I look into your existing conditions. The method I used above is this http://www.jotform.com/help/297-Show-or-Hide-multiple-fields-at-once-using-form-collapse-tool. So basically, I group the fields using form collapse tool so I only have to select the collapse field not each of the fields in the conditions wizard.

    Let me know if this isn't what you wanted or if you need further assistance. Thanks!
