Matrix fields with long rows break PDFs layoutAsked by HWINS on June 15, 2015 at 04:52 PM
Great! Thank you. That helped! However, now I am having trouble with a single PDF. The print is tiny and difficult to read. The form is "Animal Mortality Application for Horses". All the other forms create great PDFs now. This is the only one that is difficult to read. What can I do to fix this?
The issue is caused by long Matrix rows. It appears that they are not being handled properly in our submission PDFs. A bug report ticket has been attached to this thread and forwarded to our Development Team.
In the meantime, I have added some html break tags to the Matrix rows. It should help with new form entries. Please submit the form once again, and then check a new PDF.
Great! Thank you! It is fixed!
