Please help me. I am not able to figure out how to change the font and color.

The easiest way change the style of your form is by using the form designer:

Simply click on the designer tab in the form builder:

Then once your form is opened in the designer, click on the "Font Options" tab:

This should allow you to make several styling changes to your font.
