Does Salesforce has an option to create new contact or update existing?

    Is there any way to add criteria in the integration that tells Salesforce whether to create a new contact or to add information to an existing contact?

    From my tests every new submission will create a new contact. As an alternative you can create an auto-responder email and add an edit link to the email:

    Sorry for the late update, but we'd like to inform you that this is now available.

    Select "Update Existing Entry" in the Duplicate Check options to enable it.

    Please do note that it works by cross-checking the user's email with the existing record.
