Since you currently have a PayPal based subscription, you would need to cancel that one first:
(1) Login to your Paypal Account
(2) Find the latest payment you have made to JotForm
(3) Click the subscription number for that transaction
(4) Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.
This is also why you were redirected to PayPal each time, rather than our form to update your payment information.
Once the PayPal subscription is fully cancelled, you should then be able to change your credit card information. If you would like to continue to use PayPal, you would need to update your credit card information with PayPal and then renew your subscription with the PayPal option.
