Unable to edit form in my registered account?

The form http://www.jotformeu.com/form/51054005584347, was created in a guest account. Upon checking our records and cross matching your registered account crysnow to the guest account where the form is, I was able to verify the ownership. I have moved that form to your registered account. Please log out and log back it. 

Also, please do make sure that you update the custom URL of your form, this is because the guest ID was the one used in the form link that you shared, and because it was moved to your registered account, the guest ID will no longer work for the custom URL.
