I'm unable to import my forms from Wufoo

I have tried a few times with different forms, none of them can be imported into Jotform using your Import Form function. Please help!

Are you using this app: http://apps.jotform.com/app/migrate_from_wufoo? If so, can you share a screenshot of the error you're receiving?
