subscription has been cancelled bu tnot sure why

    I received an email from Paypal to say my subscription has been cancelled but I don't understand why? There is no problem I am aware of with my Paypal account. Can I use another method of payment please?

    Hello Kathy,

    All we are are aware of is your paypal subscription failed; we are given no explanation, thats really an issue between you and paypal. 

    You can re-upgrade via Credit Card and our Plimus gateway by selecting the Credit Card option here


    If you have any problems with that procedure, let us know and we will see what we can do.
