Hi there we were trying to cancel an account with your company as we were looking to change the payment method and could not see any way to do this without cancelling the current subscription first.
However on attempting to cancel the subscription we were taken to the plimus website which was requesting a username and password and my jotform password would not work there. Also nothing in our original order confirmation letters had any details of a username or password with plimus
We would request information on how to proceed towards changing our payment method for future installments.

It looks like you have already found how to cancel your subscription through Plimus. Just in case, you may check this thread for cancellation instructions.
Your account will stay Premium until the time you have paid for expires (2011-12-26). If you are still interested in Premium subscription, we would like to recommend you to upgrade your account before mentioned above date.
