I have logged into your account to check your form submissions, and I have been able to view your submissions without any issues.
As I can't see any particular problem with it, I would suggest that you please try clearing your browser cache, and then can you please try again to access your submissions. It would be best if we make sure that you are able to download your own submissions.
Alternatively to following the guide linked above on exporting submissions to Excel, you can also set up a downloadable Excel report, which will allow you to download the latest Excel file with all of your submissions whenever you want, by simply following the link to the Excel Report.
