Why is my username (Genki) not showing

    PS. I don't know why my name is not showing. It's Genki here.

    Hello.

    It seems that you have either registered or upgraded your account while being under a guest account, and consequently your current username on JotForm is guest_43217549286058.

    If you would like to change it to another username, please let us know, as that is something only members of our Support Team can change. Additionally, we would have to change the username on our FastSpring bank internal records manually, to ensure that your account and all its associated payment data are properly updated, when the username is changed.

    For this reason, please let us know if you would like to change your current username, guest_43217549286058, to another one. Please let us know what your preferred username would be, and one of our active colleagues with Billing Credentials would then go in and change the username for you.

    Hi Boris,

    Oh it's okay. I was just wondering why it wasnt showing in the forum replies. I'm fine with the current guest_4321.. name haha.
