Trouble filing out for on website

we have had reports that our firm is not working properly on b our website. I have looked into it and can see any reason as it should not be working, I am wondering if maybe it could be a compatibility issue with browsers or operating systems, what are the operating requirments to run the forms properly?

I will try the iframe method though.

I have tested form on your website and I was able to see mentioned problem. I was not able to fill form fields. 

However I have also tested your form that is not embedded to your website and form is working fine.

Please try to embed your form with iFrame like my colleague suggested.
