Thanks for reporting it.
May we know which specific browser it is not working and the name of the plugin? Is it the "Jotform Embed Forms" wp plugin? I tried this on my wp site and after clicking the pencil icon, I am able to select the forms and add it on the post or page.

May I suggest to clear your browser's cache and try it again.
If that doesn't help, you can manually add the short code using the following format.
[jotform id="51664110237952"]
Replace the numbers with your form ID. You can get the form ID in your form URL while on the form builder or in your embed code.
E.g. http://www.jotform.com//?formID=51664110237952
