How to edit Visual Report headings?

The extra names are hard to read and are distracting. Can you help me remove them so we can clean up the look/ease of reading on our report. I've attached a screenshot

Also can we add a % sign after the percentages because it's hard to determine if it's the number of submissions or the percentages.

I would like to apologize for the inconvenience, however, we can only set it to Percentage(%), but we cannot include the % symbol
