I am trying to cancel our premium account. After loging in to our account I click on "cancel" it takes me to a login page and our username/password combo does not work.
Can you please cancel our premium account?

Your request has been processed the Premium subscription is cancelled you will no longer be charged your account will remain Premium until the period you have paid for expires. It is scheduled to be downgraded to the free version on Dec 11.
