Is it possible to reduce "update emails" on forms with multiple approvals?

On a form that requires multiple approvals (set up using conditions... when one person fills out a certain field, it triggers an email to the next person, etc.), is it possible to reduce the number of Update emails a given person receives?

For example on our Course Withdrawal form, the following happens:

Person A fills out form, triggers email to Person B

Person B completes his section on form, triggers email to Person C

Person C completes his section on form, triggers email to Person D (but also to person B)

Person D completes his section on form, triggers email to Person E (but also to Person B & C)

And so forth. We would like to set it up so that Person B only gets one email - the email that is calling for his action. Is this possible?

We would like to set it up so that Person B only gets one email - the email that is calling for his action.

Please review also the user guide: -How-to-send-to-a-specific-email-address-based-on-a-selection

    In  your conditions...

Person C completes his section on form, triggers email to Person D (but also to person B)

Person D completes his section on form, triggers email to Person E (but also to Person B & C)

since, was also included in the email condition, then it will received the email update. Why can you not just exclude B on those email condition?

If you will only retain this condition...

Person A fills out form, triggers email to Person B

then that will be the only time will receive email updates.

I maybe wrong in understanding the email condition logic you have set. Please describe further if my suggestion will not work in this case.

We will wait for your response on this.

    Thanks.
