Sub-users cannot see shared submissions on iPad appAsked by emccleave on June 17, 2015 at 04:37 PM
I have created a couple users on my account. They can login and view forms and submissions on a computer or iPad, but when they login on the iPad app none of their submissions show up.
Are they using the latest version of the app? Are you able to see your submissions of your account? Also, can you let us know if they are getting an error when they use the app? Or if they don't see any submissions at all? Have you tried to reinstall the app?

If i login to their app on using my account i can see all submissions. Its only when I log in with their credentials that I cannot. I have tried this on two different devices with two different sub-user accounts. Under the sub-user settings i made sure viewing submissions is checked.

I tried that. Running v2.6 Still no submission when logging in under a sub-user account. When I log in under mine I see all submissions.

emccleave, Raul reported this to us but unfortunately at the moment after testing it some I seem to be unable to replicate the issue. However, I would like to try to investigate it deeper for you just to double-check it further which may take some extra time if you don't mind.
First though, I have a few questions for you about your issue when you get a chance.
I see you currently have 3 sub-users. Are all three using the App? And is it the same result for each?
Also, Are any of the shared forms showing up? Or do the shared forms show and just not the submissions then as it seems you stated?
If possible can you please clarify and describe more about the workflow steps that are leading up to this issue and also provide us with some screenshots if possible.
