    Hi there,

I want to send individual question feedback to the respondent via e-mail, not the answers.

Here is what I am trying to achieve:
    1. User is asked a question (e.g., "Is it wise to read directions on the SAT?)
    2. User is given choice (yes or no...answer is no).
    3. If User answers yes, then they receive the feedback that they should learn General SAT Strategies online.

We can clearly do that during the form, but I want to send them an e-mail afterwards that says "Here is your custom learning plan: 1. Learn General SAT Strategies online." (if they indeed answered incorrectly)

Essentially I am building a diagnostic test.

    Can you please advise?

    Best,
    Pete

    Hi Pete,

You can achieve this using the smart form email feature of the Form Builder.

Check this user guide that described how to:

    -How-to-send-to-a-specific-email-address-based-on-a-selection

what the user guide show is, you can create condition rules that will send email response to the end-user base on the selections/answers they did on the form.

Hope this help. Let us know if this will not work for you.

    Thanks.
