Unable to create a form

Whenever I attempt to create a form I get an error stating the submission wasn't valid or no data. 

Can you provide a screenshot to show us where exactly you receive the error? I see that you have some forms created in your account, but they don't have any fields in them.

You need to add fields to your form in order to be able to submit them.
