Just looking for some institutional use of Jotforms and was hoping to get some advice on what your policy is, and the steps you take to delete and destroy user forms and any form response data upon termination of any agreement or request by the customer?

If you have forms and submissions data on your JotForm account, you can delete them any time you want form your JotForm account.
To delete your form, select the form click on more option and then select Delete.
This will move your form to Trash Folder and you can delete it form Trash folder by clicking on Purge.
To delete your submission select the form form which you want to delete submission. Then click on Submissions and then click on Delete.
