How to import my own form

I am creating a job application. I also have an addittional form that new applicants would need to sign that way I can submit the form for a background check. How would I add that form onto jotform so I could make applicants sign the form online right away?

I am not quite sure what you mean Danny. For that reason I would like to check with you few details first.

1. Is that other form also in your JotForm account (another jotform)?
2. Is it order of submissions important for you (which form gets submitted first)?

Also if the other form is not in JotForm, could you give us the link to it so that we can better understand what might be important?
