    Hi,

    On this form I have some instances where the options next to radio buttons and check boxes wrap to the next line, but the text in the second line is under the radio button or check box, instead of aligned with the text from the first line. Is there a way to make the text in the second line align with the text in the first line?

    Thanks,

    Nathan

    Hi Nathan;

             Try to inject the following CSS Code Block to display correct alignment for labels. Read this guide on How you can Inject Custom CSS Codes. Review the following screenshot for confirmation.

    label[for="input_3_0"], label[for="input_38_0"], label[for="input_38_4"], label[for="input_38_7"], label[for="input_38_10"] {display: inline-block;position: relative;margin-top: -15px;left: 18px;}

    However, if you want to clone this form, yes you can, anytime; http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51687024953966. Read this guide on How you can clone this form from existing URL.

    Hope this helps. Please let us know, if you need further assistance, we would be happy to assist you in any regards.
