Show different values inside of fields based on some conditional logic

    Hi,

I would like to know how to send a single form with a different form ID for each form recipient.

I have designed a form for collecting payments on delinquent accounts, but the numbers / balances and payments will vary on each form depending on the account.  I don't want to create a new form for each delinquent account.  I'd like to be able to send the same form, but just update the balances, without updating the forms that I have already sent out to other clients.

    Thank you

If I understood your question correctly you want to show different numbers / balances inside of your form based on account type.

You can achieve that with conditional logic to hide/show fields based on some condition.

If I did not understood your question correctly can you please explain in more details what are you trying to achieve?

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
