Needing to limit entries by email address?

    Just to confirm, you would like to limit the submission entries of your form based from the email address, is that right? If that's the case, you can do that by follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/223-How-to-set-Form-Limits-Based-on-a-Unique-Question.
